Can my child model for Carolina Kids?
We periodically look for new models. While we may not be accepting any now, you can certainly show your interest by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of your child, your location, and your child's size.
Where is the Carolina Kids headquarters located?
We are located on the coast of North Carolina.
Where is the clothing made?
We are happy to say that our clothes are constructed in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At the present time our website is set for U.S shipping only. There is a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for U.S. orders, no matter how many items you purchase. For customers outside the United States, please email us to purchase our clothing line. International shipping cost will vary and will be based on location.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship orders out within three business days of purchase. Standard shipping will then take two to five business days transit time. With processing and shipping time, purchases will generally take one week to receive.
Can I return an item?
We stand by the quality of our items and inspect each item before it's shipped. While we do not provide refunds, we are happy to exchange the product for a replacement or different size. Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase. Please know, we do not provide exchanges or returns on sales merchandise. Please also know that any returns must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Original shipping cost, as well as return shipping cost are the buyers responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.
